The data Clustering is a very popular method for data analysis. Several methods have been invented by different researchers over the time during last few decades. Invariably a new method namely Quad Tree based data clustering technique is proposed in this talk where the quad decomposition method based on data-point density has been applied for the identification of cluster centres. The identified clusters are then marked with Convex Hull and the data regions of identified clusters are then separated by Voronoi diagram. This technique has been applied for the cluster analysis of Iris and seed dataset. Factor Analysis has been applied to reduce the dimension of the dataset. The current researchers have found that this method is very efficient with respect to execution time and very useful for some datasets.
